- The meeting was opened with a word of prayers as usual by one Member Wilson Mwangi.
- The agenda of the meeting was only the by-elections to replace the old management because many of the office members are deceased. The following members were elected:
- Chairman — John N. Thuo
- Vice Chairman — Julius G. Kamande
- Treasurer — Esther G. Wanjiku
- Hon. Secretary — Andrew M. Githua
- Representative Member — Onesmus Kinyua
- Representative Member — Betty W. Njoki
- They were handed over by Former Chairman — Hiram Kamau Nganga, Wilson Mwangi, Peter Muchiri, Michael Mburu Ng’ang’a, John N. Thuo and others.
The new office was handed over the same day. Total enrolled members of Samuru Gituto F.C.S Ltd were 1,000; they were also forwarded the register of the members since many were deceased. In case of any claims from their successors (i.e. their children), they would continue running the society.
- There were no other agenda of the day and the meeting ended with a word of prayer from one of the Members.
